Girly Bikes

After posting my entry yesterday about my first bike, I thought about the new bikes that my two granddaughters received for the younger one's fourth birthday earlier this month.  I wish that my first bike had been like theirs.  The younger one got a pink bike with pink tassels on white grips.  She also has a pink and white basket and a bell.  The older one's bike is purple (her favorite color and mine too!) with purple tassels, a basket, and a bell.  Both bikes have white tires and training wheels.  They have pink Barbe helmets, knee and elbow pads, and wristbands to wear when riding.  They look soooo cool!  I hope they enjoy their first bikes as much as I enjoyed mine.
