Oh, no!

Friday:  Water was flowing out the garage door.  A good neighbor called the realtor.  The realtor came and turned off the water to the downstairs commode after walking through about 2 inches of water.  The water was covering the entire downstairs.  Carpet and linoleum were ruined.  The walls were okay.  The cause was a broken thing-a-ma-jig inside the commode tank.  The contractor came to tear out the carpet and linoleum and bring fans to dry out the walls.

Saturday:  Contractor noticed two out of three trees by the house had bugs and ants.  Also, wet wood is an invitation for termites to come have a party.  Contractor recommended that the trees be removed and the house be treated to prevent the termites from inviting themselves over for a feast.

Guess what happened to our house that we are trying to sell?  I'm thankful that the walls don't have to be replaced, that we didn't have any of our belongings in the house, and that we have insurance.  Below are photos.
