...because we got an offer for the full asking price for our house where we used to live!  After having the house on the market for about seven months, the downstairs floor replaced after a water leak, and several people loving the house but not qualifying for loans, it is a very happy time for us.  (Now I just hope that no problems arise, that everything goes smoothly.)

I am so happy for you. I know how stressful it can be with two houses. I'm hoping things close easily for you.
