Working Hard And Having Fun at the Same Time

In the first grade, Amy was a Brownie.  In fact, she was a Girl Scout for 12 years.  During her senior year in high school, she earned her Gold Award, the highest in Girl Scouts.  I'm very proud of her for doing something for so long.  She worked hard at being a Scout, and I know that she had some very good times.  When we lived in Hawaii, I think she had a great time going to a Girl Scout camp every summer above Sunset Beach.  She not only attended the camp, she helped lead it.  I'm sure this post will make her think about all her years as a Girl Scout and all the fun she had.  I bet she'll even make a comment.
